Shelf Drilling jackup pair extended for two years

Dubai-based Shelf Drilling jackup drilling rigs Shelf Drilling Tenacious and the Shelf Drilling Mentor have had their contracts extended through to January 2022.

The two-year extensions are in direct continuation of current contracts, with client Dubai Petroleum exercising options on the rigs.

The 2007-built Shelf Drilling Tenacious is currently operating off the Nigeria according to the company’s website, while the 2010-built Shelf Drilling Mentor is positioned off the United Arab Emirates according to MarineTraffic.
