Polarcus gets European acquisition work from TGS

Dubai-based seismic specialist Polarcus has received a letter of award from Norway’s TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company for the acquiring of 30,000 sq.km. of 3D multi-client data in Europe.

Polarcus said that around 20,000 sq km will be acquired in 2017 utilizing two of its vessels commencing the second quarter of 2017. The remaining 10,000 sq km will be acquired in 2018 commencing the second quarter of 2018.
