Odfjell closes Oman tank terminal sale

Odfjell Terminals has completed the sale of its 29.75% stake in Oman tank terminal for $130m.

The transaction will bring a net gain of approximately $90m for Odfjell Terminals, which is a joint venture between Odfjell SE and Lindsay Goldberg in which Odfjell holds a 51% stake.

Odfjell Terminals currently owns ten terminals worldwide with a combined storage capacity of 4.8 million cubic meters.
