Noble Corporation finds work for stacked jackup rig

UK headquartered offshore driller Noble Corporation has found work for jackup rig Noble Houston Colbert which has been stacked since early June.

The rig will go out on contract with JX Nippon, operating offshore Qatar, from December 2016 to May 2017. The dayrate of the contract was not disclosed.

Last month Noble was able to bring another jackup out of stacking, with Noble Regina Allen finding work in UK waters with an undisclosed client providing accomodation services.
